Biography

Véronique joined the Windigo team as Operations Coordinator in February 2023. Her career path has taken her from psycho-social intervention to English and visual arts education before landing in the tourism field in 2016. Véronique managed a guided bike tour company until 2020. Following the pandemic, her love of walking and fresh air led her to work as a mail carrier before landing at Windigo where she finally rediscovered her passions; tourism and coordination. Véronique likes to be organized and to juggle several files at the same time. Helping others plan their travel adventures is also part of her motivation at work. According to Véronique, the journey begins with the planning and development, whether it is for herself or for the agency’s clients.

Véronique is passionate about biking, hiking and skiing/ski touring in the winter. Planning/thinking about her next trip, and finally leaving are the things that motivate her the most. Even though she loves the city, it is outside of the urban centers that Véronique finds herself traveling most often. She is also always looking to push her limits when choosing a destination!
