Biography
Like many of our passionate guides, the call for adventure came to Charles at a young age. His travels first took him to Chile, where he hitch-hiked his way through the country, wandering and trekking the Andes Mountains. But it was back home in his native Gaspésie, Quebec, his favorite place in Canada, where he began his guiding career. From Canada’s western Rocky Mountains to Gaspésie’s most eastern point, Charles is a passionate adventurer and avid historian, recounting tales to his fellow travelers. Certified in multiple outdoor disciplines (canoeing, kayaking, skiing, first aid…), both his personal and professional lives are lived day to day, always seeking to learn something new. Meeting new people and sharing exciting experiences are what drive Charles, feeding his boundless (and contagious!) curiosity.
