White label
Windigo disappears behind your brand. We learn all about your values to become the perfect chameleon on the ground. We provide training to our guides, so they can fully understand who you are and how to deliver your trips according to your brand’s ethos.
Transport, equipment and meals
All of our tours operate using brand new Ford Transit 15-passenger vans that we limit to 13 travelers for maximim comfort. Depending on the group size, we use customized trailers to carry luggage and equipment.
We provide all the essential equipment for our expeditions. We use 7’x7′ 3-person tents per two adults. Our tents have two doors, each with a vestibule to keep boots out, yet covered from the elements. We also provide 1.5” self inflating sleeping mats and all cooking equipment. Travellers are responsible for their sleeping bag, pillow and towel.
From the breakfast buffet to the classic bacon and eggs breakfast on a more relaxed morning, each morning starts with a warm drink and the right food to face the adventure of the day. Lunches may vary depending on the schedule of the day, but picnics prepared in advance to be carried during the hikes are one of our classics. As for our dinners, we offer three-course meals that include an appetizer, a main dish that can be a one pot meal or a classic BBQ, and a tasty dessert.
Guides
All of our leaders go through a comprehensive inhouse training program that allows them to hit the ground running and focus on how to deliver your product to your liking.
Safety
All of our leaders have a minimum of 40 hours Wilderness First Aid training and are there to respond to any type of emergency that can arise during a tour. They also have 24 hour a day access to a team of committed individuals that can be mobilized to support them in times of crisis.
Permit
As more and more attractions have limited and controlled access, Windigo makes sure to have the necessary permits and authorizations to get you where you want to go, hassle-free, all over North America.
