  • Day 2 – Québec City

Early morning departure for Québec City. Old Québec, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is best explored on foot. Stroll through the cobblestone streets of the only fortified city north of Mexico.

  • Day 3 – Baie-Saint-Paul

In the morning, discover Île d’Orléans, located in the estuary of the St. Lawrence River. A scenic road encircles the island, connecting its six uniquely charming villages. Known for its rural character, the island offers delicious local products. At the end of the day, head toward Charlevoix.

  • Day 4 – Grands-Jardins National Park

Spend the day exploring Charlevoix and Grands-Jardins National Park. The vast carpets of lichen and the unusually northern vegetation at this latitude earned the park its name, “Grands-Jardins.” The park is one of the core zones of the Charlevoix Biosphere Reserve, recognized by UNESCO.

  • Day 5 – Tadoussac

Tadoussac, where the Saguenay River meets the St. Lawrence, is a place where whales thrive thanks to the abundance of food brought by the currents at this exact spot.

  • Day 6 – Baie-Comeau

On the road toward Baie-Comeau, discover several small villages, each with its own charm and traditions. Clam digging, marine interpretation, artisan villages, or a tour of the Manic-2 hydroelectric complex are all possible stops.

This village is the gateway to the Mingan Archipelago and offers a coastal landscape of long sandy beaches with views of nearby islands, vast natural areas inviting exploration, delicious seafood, and the charm of the local accent—a guaranteed breath of fresh air.

  • Days 8 and 9 – Mingan Islands

Explore the nature, wonders, and secrets of the Mingan Archipelago. The islands represent a highly diverse ecological environment, typical of the eastern St. Lawrence lowlands. A great variety of plant species grows here, and the area shelters important seabird colonies. But above all, it is the striking coastal rock formations that leave a lasting impression.

  • Days 10 and 11 – Anticosti Island
